Editorial Policy
How we research, write, fact-check, update and correct our content — and how we use AI.

Our principles
- Accuracy first. We check facts against primary sources — regulators, governing bodies, official statistics and operators’ own terms.
- Independence. Editorial decisions are made by editors. Advertisers and affiliate partners cannot buy coverage, ratings or rankings.
- Transparency. Every article shows its author, publication date and last update, and lists its sources.
- Responsibility. We never promise winnings, describe gambling as risk-free or encourage chasing losses.
Fact-checking process
- The writer collects primary sources and records them in the article’s source list.
- A second editor checks every figure, quote and claim against those sources. Articles that have been through this step show a Fact-checked by line.
- Reviews are re-checked at least every six months, and whenever an operator changes its terms.
- Time-sensitive pages — odds examples, bonus terms, regulation — are re-dated when they are updated.
Predictions and previews
Predictions are the opinion of the named analyst, based on the evidence available when they were written. They are labelled as such. Sport is unpredictable: no prediction is guaranteed, and we never sell tips.
How we use AI
Our AI tools are clearly labelled and educational. They produce research frameworks and explanations, not betting advice. Articles are written and edited by people; when AI assists with research or drafting, a named editor is responsible for every word and every fact.
Sponsored content
Paid content is labelled Sponsored at the top of the page and in every listing. It is checked for accuracy and must follow our responsible-gambling rules.
Corrections
If we get something wrong we fix it quickly and say so at the end of the article. To report an error, use our contact page and choose “Correction request”.

Do you use AI to write articles?
